  • Place of Recovery (nearest town, city, lake, river, etc.)
  • Specify duck or goose (eg. mallard drake)
  • The 4, 5, or 6 digit number on the band. The two digit year should be
        stamped upside down above serial number. N9Y 2E8 is our Canadian
        Postal Code.
  • The hunter's Post Office address where certificate/package is to be sent.
        Please allow 10 days for delivery.
